Target is another mass retailer that continues to find success with designer collaborations. This time, they’ve tapped British design duo Christopher De Vos and Peter Pilotto, of Peter Pilotto fame, to create their latest capsule collection. The Peter Pilotto for Target capsule collection is in good company, following on the heels of Target’s recent partnerships with Prabal Gurung, Jason Wu, Philip Lim and Missoni.
Peter Pilotto is known for its bold use of graphic print and color, sculptural forms and modern interpretation of classic lines. According to the creative forces behind the label, the Pilotto brand is “about print, but it’s also about the emotional feeling you can get from color and color combinations.”
The Peter Pilotto for Target collection includes swimwear, totes, shoes, dresses, sweatshirts, blazers, rash guards, crop tops and such, and is available online and in stores beginning this Sunday, February 9th.
