Nakia served as a member of the Advisory Board to Moore’s MA program in Art Education, with an Emphasis on Special Populations. Founded in 1848, Moore is the first and only visual arts college for women in the United States. The College offers nine BFA programs, including Art Education, Art History, Curatorial Studies, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, Interior Design and Photography + Digital Arts.
